Admission Policy

Please confirm following items before processing your admission procedures.

1. I wholeheartedly resonate with the association’s mission and values.

2. I do not receive or plan to receive grants from any tobacco related companies/organizations.

3. I do not belong or plan to belong to any tobacco related companies/organizations.

4. I am not a member of organized crime groups, affiliated companies, extortionists, or any similar entities, nor do I have any association with them.

5. I pledge not to engage in the following actions myself or through a third party, or to engage in actions that may fall under the following categories.

1) Violent Demands: I will not make violent demands.

2) Unlawful Requests Beyond Legal Responsibility: I will not make requests that go beyond legal obligations.

3) Threatening Behavior or Use of Violence in Transactions: I will not use threatening language or violence in business transactions.

4) Spreading Falsehoods or Using Deception to Damage the Credibility or Disrupt the Business of Others: I will not spread rumors, use deception, or harm the reputation or operations of others.

5) Other Similar Actions: I will avoid any other actions similar to the above.

6. I understand and accept that if the above declaration is false or violates it, I may be subject to expulsion or other disciplinary action.

Annual Fees

JPY 8,000 ( appox. US$80; depending upon the exchange rate)

* If you reside overseas, membership fee must be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, UFJ, NICOS, Diners). If you want to send the payment by other method, please contact to the executive office.

Procedures

You become a member officially when your application has been approved and payment of the annual membership fee has been completed.

You will be notified of your membership number immediately after the admission procedure has been completed. Please make sure to always provide your membership number on any communication with the association.
Please complete the procedures quickly as the association must enter your membership number if you are submitting a presentation for the Annual Meeting.
If it does so happen that you have not been assigned a number by the time you submit your presentation, please enter "99999" in the space designated for your membership number.

※Please note that the registration fee for Annual Meeting is set separately from the membership fee.
